Plastic Surgery

During a recent discussion with some close friends we discussed whether or not we would get cosmetic surgery and if so what procedure...I know you're all thinking that I am much to beautiful to ever consider altering anything about my exquisite face, but please have an open mind.



My cosmetic procedure of choice would be a nose job probably to have a nose similar to one of these:
Jennifer Aniston
Reese Witherspoon
Letizia Ortiz
